Executive Assistant
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Customer Success Team!
We own and run an online marketing business with multiple products and over 100,000 customers. Our team is small and closely-knit. We base our company on 5 core values: Integrity, Gets Stuff Done, Swiss Army Knife, Un-Common Sense, and Lives on Purpose.
As the assistant member of the Customer Success Team, you will be on the front lines of interaction with our existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for ensuring interactions with each and every customer is successful, exceptional, and positive.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Tracking and following up with PayPal payments
• Coordinating dates for group calls and sending reminders
• Collecting and transcribing data from various sources
• Posting and uploading content onto Facebook and software (training provided)
• Serving as the “Community Manager” inside of our private Facebook communities
• Tracking member and coach engagements in Facebook communities
• Finding and fixing links for products
• Assisting the Customer Success Team as needed
As the assistant to the Customer Success Team, you must be able to execute and meet the following requirements:
• The ability to clearly communicate in person, on e-mail, and Facebook
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills
• Detail-oriented
• The ability to solve problems and successfully navigate through several software programs (all software
training will be provided)
• Execute quality customer support with patience, compassion, accuracy, professionalism, and positivity
• Dedication to promptly and successfully resolving member inquiries
• The ability to multitask
• Must be strongly proficient in English
