Human Resources Manager
Blatek Industries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a growing, fast-paced company. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, professional and personable individual who will take a hands-on approach in employee relations. Other qualification include:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of a broad range of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance, hiring and employee relations
- Strong leadership, influence and collaboration skills
- Experience with HR/Payroll systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to exercise discretion with confidential situations
Responsibilities will include:
- Participate as a member of Blatek's senior management team
- Plan, organize and manage all HR functions
- Maintain management guidelines by developing, recommending and implementing human resource policies; maintain employee handbook; act as a key consultant to management on human resource issues
- Manage the recruitment process for all hiring in consultation with the management team
- Administer and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate reporting and records
- Manage the compensation and performance management program; support the administration and coordination of the company benefits program
- Oversee the health and safety program and participate as an active member of the Employee Safety Committee
