Are you a talented leader with a passion for operational strategy, management, and efficiency? We have an opportunity available with the Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC), an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting quality patient care through accreditation and certification services for prosthetics and other medical devices and services. They are seeking an Operations Manager to support the direction, strategy, policies, and day-to-day business operations, especially as they intersect with key vendor relationships. This position reports to the COO and is located on-site in Owings Mills, MD. BOC is dedicated to the safety of its staff and surrounding communities. As a prospective and/or new employee, you will be required to comply with the Company’s vaccination protocol.
As the Operation Manager, you will manage key vendor relationships and provide the leadership and oversight necessary to ensure effective operational controls and people systems are in place to grow the organization. The Operations Manager is responsible for the Information Technology and Headquarters Facility Management functions of the organization. Partnering with the outsourced HR Manager, this position also ensures seamless onboarding of new staff.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in progressively responsible roles including operations/administrative management, facility management, and information technology management. Success in this role requires proficiency using Microsoft Office, Internet, and Information Technology systems and databases and exceptional program and project management skills. Project Management Certification or Masters degree are preferred.
