Starting Salary:  $56,960

REQUIREMENTS: 

Oversees parking facility operations during nights, weekends, and special Events. Supervises staff with general direction during regular business hours and independently during evening and weekend hours as needed. Position requires a complete understanding and wide application of principles, theories, and concepts in assigned function or business area.  Work is performed under minimal supervision with considerable latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.

Associate's degree or higher; supplemented by two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have experience in supervising the work of others.  Must have a valid PA driver’s license. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional experience directly related to event parking, planning, and supervision
• Experience using software from parking access for revenue control equipment and other various types of parking equipment.
