Director of Cooperative Purchasing
Director of Cooperative Purchasing: Milton, PA Full-time position responsible for the effective and efficient operation, management, marketing, and day-to-day operations of the Cooperative Purchasing Department (CPD), which include the PEPPM, Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA), Keystone Purchasing Network (KPN) and Pennsylvania Energy Consortium (PENCON) programs. The Director administers the strategic and long-term program management of the operations noted above.
Areas of responsibility include:

- Agency / Community Relationships
- Legal Requirements
Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 dependent on education and experience level.
This is an Act 93 middle management position following a 260 day, 12-month work schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; retirement options including Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) and life insurance options.
Education and experience required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related field and minimum of 10 years' experience working in purchasing and operations program management or as a school business official. A Master's degree is preferred.
- High level of interpersonal and client service skills and communication, demonstrated knowledge and experience in accounting, budgeting and supervision.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with computers and software including Microsoft Office, FileMaker and other equivalent tools, and use of the internet (email & communication).
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate in both an oral and written format is crucial.
