Police Officer Civil Service Examination
The Civil Service Commission of the City of Lock Haven is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer.
General qualifications for the position include
(a) U.S. or naturalized citizenship;
(b) graduation from high school or acceptable equivalent education;
(c) physically, medically and psychologically fit for performance of police duties;
(d) good moral character;
(e) licensed motor vehicle operator;
(f) minimum age 21.
Applicant must have successfully completed a basic police training course given at a Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission certified school. A written Civil Service examination and physical performance testing will be administered in Lock Haven on Saturday, July 28, 2018.
