Area Extension Program Associate, Horticulture
Tri River Area, Mesa County, Grand Junction, CO
This position will coordinate and manage the Tri River Area Colorado Master Gardener Program and will be responsible for coordinating and managing volunteers for that program. The individual will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the Research and Demonstrations Gardens including the Arboretum and Ute Learning Garden.
Completed bachelor's degree. Degree must have been conferred in horticulture, biology, botany, agriculture or a closely related field. If degree is not earned in one of the preferred fields (listed), applicant must have at least 5 years of any combination of education, training and experience in the broad field of horticulture.
