Healthcare Contract Management Analyst I and II - McElhattan
First Quality Products, Inc. is looking for a Healthcare Contract Management Analyst I and a Healthcare Contract Management Analyst II to join the First Quality team in McElhattan, PA. Healthcare Contract Management Analysts receive and process sales, product usage, census and pricing contract data from internal and external sources to create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure that financial information has been recorded accurately.
The ideal candidate for the Healthcare Contract Management Analyst I position will possess at a minimum an Associate's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and the following skills, experience, and abilities:
- Accurately process rebate contracts, reconcile sales and rebate data and issue credit, maintain end customer data, maintain pricing and accruals using ERP system and publish price lists, and perform purchase versus sales out audits on healthcare customers.
- Compile, analyze and maintain various accruals, pricing reports, cost analyses, business reviews etc., and to receive, process and maintain end user facility pricing and census data.
- Generate, analyze, track and calculate Per Patient Day Guarantee (PPD) reports.
- Maintain professional interaction with other internal departments (Customer Service, Sales, A/P, Commercial Finance, etc.) in addition to communication with external healthcare customers.
- 1 to 2 years in Accounts Receivables function, strong written and verbal communication skills, extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Major ERP platform experience preferred.
The ideal candidate for the Healthcare Contract Management Analyst II position will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, the skills and experience of an Analyst I, and the following:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Presentation/training skills.
- Coordinate and prepare sales commissions.
- Prepare various reports for sales team/management (offer recommendations/advice based on findings).
- Ad Hoc analytical requests.
