POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is currently seeking a Exam Proctor (Per Diem) to join their team of professionals.
- Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.
- Prepares and distributes exam related materials prior to the test administration.
- Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from exam area.
- Continuously observes students during examinations.
- Responds to student requests and resolve inquiries or issues as needed.
- Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support for assessments (e.g., EValue, ExamSoft, NBME).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Office or related experience providing administrative support or coordinating functions of an office or department.
