Now hiring for security guard positions at several locations. Job duties include observation and reporting of hazardous conditions and unusual activity; incident response and reporting; crowd control. Other duties may include the following: Reporting to an Administrator or their designee, through the use of Security log and or cell phone, the liability hazards such as roof leaks, defective parking lot and building lighting, and other hazardous conditions. Being on alert and reporting hazardous conditions such as spills or leaking gasoline, ice conditions in the parking lot, on roofs, or on sidewalks, damaged traffic signs, pot holes or deteriorating paving, concrete, fire hazards, trash, etc. Discouraging and advising solicitors of any policy against solicitation from all areas of the property unless such solicitors have a fully executed License or Lease Agreement. Upon notification by the Administrator for the Client, security officers will escort designated individuals to the perimeter sidewalks of the Client's property/premises, without force. Security officers shall call County/City police for assistance if necessary. Responding when summoned to assist with security related problems of the common area. Summon County/City police when appropriate. Developing a rapport between the management and staff. Responding to all personal injury accidents/incidents the Client's property/premises and obtain all necessary information. Completing all required reports in a comprehensive manner. Remaining helpful when possible by answering questions, giving directions, etc., in a courteous and professional manner. Roving and Stationary Patrol, regularly, on foot and/or by vehicle. Reporting and documenting all violations of the Client's rules or regulations, as specified, to KISS. Having a presence to ensure each employee of the Client, has knowledge of security officer on duty. In all situations, summoning County/City police when appropriate.
