Faculty, Diesel Equipment Technology, Electric Power Generation
The faculty will be responsible for educational leadership, student instruction, and student advising in the Electric Power Generation program, Diesel emphasis program. Position to start August 2023.
Minimum education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management, Diesel Technology, Electric Power Generation, Electrical Technology or related discipline, OR, combination of an Associate Degree in a Electric Power Generation, and significant work experience in the electric power generation field.
- Six (6) years of full-time electric power generation technician related experience to include electrical troubleshooting with AC & DC systems, diesel and natural gas engines, transfer switches, voltage regulators, control panels, reconfiguration of output voltages (re-strapping), sizing, commissioning and preventative maintenance as applied to commercial and residential electric power generators.
