Regional Vice President
Skills of Central Pennsylvania, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Centre, Lycoming and Clinton county region. The successful candidate will report to the COO and will be responsible for the administrative, fiscal and operational supervision of all of the residential and community services provided within the region. In addition to managing the day to day operations, the vice president is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures; assuring quality improvement and quality assurance standards are exceeded; assuring regulatory compliance; development, implementation and control of the budget for the region; implementation of the strategic plan; actively participating in senior management; development of new and/or modified program opportunities; and most importantly, he/she is responsible for fostering open communication, motivating and training staff to assure the highest level of quality for the programs for which the vice president is responsible.
The vice president will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with the state and county offices of OMR, MH and/or OCYF. A minimum of a master's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, social work, business or a related field is required. The candidate must have a minimum of seven years of progressive management experience in the program areas of mental retardation, mental health, children and youth and/or drug and alcohol.
