Tax Data Entry Clerk (30 hours per week)
State College Municipal Building
Starting Salary Rate: $17.02

REQUIREMENTS:
The Tax Data Entry Clerk performs clerical and data entry functions related to taxpayer maintenance and databases for local taxes. This position also includes processing individual and employer local tax payments, real estate tax payments, and provides support for general tax services functions. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude. Position exercises some judgement in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.
Due to the nature of the job requirements below, this position is not eligible for any policy offered flex schedules.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by one or more years’ experience in office and clerical procedures; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry.
