The Gator Success Institute (GSI) is the hub of our student support ecosystem, and we’re looking for a visionary leader to take it to the next level.

What You’ll Do
In this role you will:

• Champion a strategic vision for student success and lead daily operations of the GSI
• Collaborate across departments to streamline academic and non-academic support services
• Design and oversee impactful programs like success coaching, peer mentoring, and first-year experience initiatives
• Lead data-informed efforts to improve retention and graduation rates
• Advocate for underserved student populations and eliminate barriers to achievement
• Inspire and mentor a dedicated team committed to student growth and resilience
• Build meaningful partnerships and secure resources that enhance student opportunities

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:

• A master’s degree (required); doctorate preferred from an accredited institution
• At least five years of experience in student success, higher education leadership, or a related field
• A passion for working in diverse urban environments
• Visionary leadership and a track record of program development
• Experience using data, technology, and innovative strategies to support students
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to student-centered excellence
