Team Lead
As a Team Lead you will build, develop and train a team of Customer Specialists and Customer Specialist Trainees to perform sales process and finance menu processes, work with funding specialist to ensure complete paperwork, bid on Trades with V-Auto, build and run lease quotes, manage team member's pay rates, schedules, performance and ensure team completes all required job duties in an accurate and timely manner, and all other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong customer service mentality
- Demonstrate proven ability of Walser's vehicle sales process
- Exceptional listening, telephone, and computer skills (proficiency in DealerSocket)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Friendly, positive attitude and ability to lead a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
