Physician Assistant/CRNP – Part Time at Central Regional Jail

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides basic medical services under the supervision of a licensed physician. Utilizes professional medical skills to meet a variety of health care needs, with ambulatory care as primary focus.

- Part-time (one 8-hour shift per week)
- Excellent supplemental income
- Company-paid malpractice
- Day shift only
- No nights, weekends or holiday work
Standard medical setting in a correctional facility, which includes daily interfacing with inmates, correctional staff, and health care personnel. Temperature extremes may be encountered while moving throughout the facility outdoors and indoors in buildings without air conditioning.

Job Requirements:
TRAVEL: None
LICENSING: Current West Virginia RN/ARNP licensure and/or PA licensure as appropriate
CERTIFICATION: Current CPR certification
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited college/university program
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a correctional health setting.
