Part Time Daycare Aide

- Our daycare program is an after-school program and is only for children enrolled at Wonderland Charter School. The children are at Kindergarten through 5th Grade.
- Your shift will from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
-Our pay is excellent and far exceeds other daycares in the Central Region!
- We are looking for people with an open mind willing to learn our ways in taking care of children. Even if you have never worked in a daycare facility, we are willing to teach you how to work with the children using our methods developed over the last 25+ years.
If you accept a job with us, you will be required to:
-Obtain the background clearances of:
- FBI Fingerprint Check
- PA State Police Background Check
-Child Abuse Clearance Wonderland Daycare will pay for these clearances.
-Obtain a health physical and a TB Tine test. If you already have a physical and tine test within the last 6 months, you can use those. If not, Wonderland will pay the amount normally charged for this.
--Be certified in First Aid and Child CPR. If you already have this certification and it is current, you can use your previous training. If you need this certification, Wonderland will pay for this training.
-Take and pass online training by Penn State
Extension titled:
Health and Safety Basics: Requirements for Certification. This training is free.
